A Little Bit About Me!

...my name is Lydia.  I was born in Texas in 1948 and have lived here for most of my life. I’ve been married for 34 years to my husband John (a true rebel from the country of France); we have three very fine, grown children, who each are married to wonderful spouses and so far we have three grandchildren. Some of the photos you will see on this web site are of me and my family.  I am a real person and this is a documented real story…

On these pages you will find all sorts of things; information, pics of a few of my lab reports, recipes for some of the foods that I love to eat and that I love to serve.

You will also find out about the various supplements that I take daily...the ones that have made it possible for me to stop taking prescription drugs for a disease that has dogged me for over 30 years now.  A disease that, without intervention, silently kills.

There are also many links here to the various web sites that I purchase my supplements from. I am a bargain shopper...I have to be as it costs a lot of money for me to give up big pharma.

Our insurance paid for my prescriptions, I have to pay for my supplements. So I have spent many hours searching the internet for the best buys that I can find without sacrificing quality.

IF you do choose to use any of these links to check out the prices for yourself and IF you do choose to buy something from some of them, I may make a small commission. Certainly not on all of them. Those commissions will help fund this site.

I haven't written this site to make money but rather to share information so please understand from my heart to yours that this site is a LABOR OF LOVE and an effective way to share some of the knowledge I have gained in the hopes that it may help you or someone you love and care about conquer heart disease.

I also welcome your comments.
